Commissioned and donated by the widow of a local well known West Sacramento Farmer, Andrew Yokoyama, in conjunction with the West Sacramento Parks and Recreation department.

Description:
A Life's ride is a commemorative public art bench for Andrew Yokoyama, a lifelong West Sacramentan, a farmer, an enthusiastic bicyclist. Implements and tools from his Southport farm were used to fabricate this large scale bicycle. This piece is located on the West Sacramento River walk where many people can publicly interact with it and enjoy its fun design.
