Merlone Geier recently completed a major remodel of the former University Village, now known as The UV, in Sacramento. The unique layout of shop buildings with a central courtyard and public corridors between was largely retained, but finishes have been updated, new signage and landscaping installed, and public artwork by Sacramento artist, Terrence Martin (Jagged Edge Metal Art) added.
